40’ Tree Buffer
Helotes is a beautiful city in a scenic hill country setting. To preserve the hill country nature of Bandera road and to be sensitive to the surrounding community, we will implement a 40’ wide tree buffer on all sides of the property. Within this tree buffer will be our 1-mile publicly accessible walking trail system.
Luxury Residences Designed with Helotes in Mind
The luxury residential area is designed with privacy and seclusion in mind. The residences will be sensitively setback over 300 feet from Bandera Road and will be hidden away by a 40’ tree buffer on Bandera and a 20’ tree buffer behind the retail.
